Seniors’ Services

 

A fun, low-cost or free activity programme for people aged 60+.

We run a variety of weekly and one-off activities that include: Ballroom Dancing, Dance Exercise, Seated Exercise, IT Drop-ins, and much more.

Strictly Seniors: Ballroom Dancing  

Mondays 10:30am – 12:00pm  

Beginners welcome, no partner needed! Pay what you can with a suggested contribution of £3 per session. Run by professional ballroom dancer and instructor, Ainaras Buozys.


Dance Exercise

Tuesdays 10:30 - 11:30am

Join us for dance exercise to help keep fit and meet like-minded people. All abilities welcome—though this is a lively class! Run by dance exercise instructor, Lindale Thompson.

£1 per session.


The Community Library  

Do you enjoy reading books? We have a wide range of books in our community library that you can borrow. Come in Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm for a browse.
